Who we are

Nooktap ("we", "us") provides a web dashboard at app.nooktap.com for managing Telegram groups and channels through a bot that you own. The seller is Nooktap.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Nooktap for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account

You must give a working email address and keep your password and second sign-in factor safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

Your bot and your groups

You connect your own Telegram bot. You must have the right to manage every group and channel you add, and you remain responsible for its content and for following Telegram's terms.

Nooktap is not made by Telegram and is not affiliated with it. Telegram may change or limit what bots can do, and some features may stop working as a result.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nooktap to send spam, to harass people, to share illegal content, or to break the law or the rights of others.

Don't try to reach other customers' data, overload the service, or get around plan limits or security measures.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. A yearly plan costs ten months. Prices are listed on our pricing page.

We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you. Founders' prices are kept as described on the pricing page.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

What you and your members post stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to run the service for you: to store, process and send it as you ask.

You can export your data and close your workspace at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nooktap available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; we tell you in advance about changes that take something away from a paid plan.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Nooktap and close your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them.
